Reverse sort listing of everything I have said on twitter for '#UX' in the last two years. I have stripped some of the formatting to make it a shorter list.

  • #UX, I find bc faster to use than ms-Excel, or its clones. There are no stupid “change text input now” requirements.
  • #UX why do companies ask for a land line? We don't have personal sales number/ accounts number etc. #confused
  • #UX I had some official banking stuff that was handwritten in the 90s, #scalable or not? 2/many
  • #UX HSBC pensions are still using fixed width fonts like they use a typewriter; but not in the headers/footers
  • #UX I *still* think that printed templates, then reprint to fillin the customer data onsite is a silly way to do documents (late 90s UK)
  • #UX as it frequently leads to broken layouts. 4/many
  • #UX, would a JS plugin to logout all windows/tabs for an app be useful?
  • #UX never ask a user to capitalise a postcode. Come-on your webbie isn't running on a typewriter
  • #UX why do websites (other than search engines) tell you how long a product catalogue search took? Thats debug, I'm the user, I don't care
  • #UX Worry marketeers, set your b'day to 1970-01-01, on websites that aren't important
  • #UX My phone allows texting in accents, except that it doesn't have many Nordic or Deutsche accents.
  • #UX, when sending delivery note transaction emails, mention who is the sender (merchant, not courier) & ideally what goods.
  • um, does anyone have experience with #Dvorak on #phones? It should be a good #UX thing, after you get used to it.
  • In websites #UX what are slideshows for? ...To say that you can install a JS plugin
  • #UX pol: animations on forms (e.g. linkedin settings) are a) a valueless thing to slow you down b) funky & fresh exciting thrills
  • Ebay #UX “You are the highest bidder” AND “increase your maximum bid”
  • #UX #design [in webpages] Menus for longer pages vs rechunking content into numerous smaller pages?
  • #UX #design How many apple iwatches have been sold? Do we need to discard current UI tools, as they fail here.
